  • Police officer’s gun fired in Highland High School

    On March 5 at 1:38 pm, SRO Sean McCutheon’s weapon was discharged in a hallway of the Highland High School. The district released a statement on their website, indicating that the SRO program is on hold pending further investigation.

  • Two charged in Hess Station robbery

    On March 3, at 3:22 pm, the State Police at Highland, responded to the Hess Gas Station on St-299 in the Town of Lloyd for the report of a robbery at that location. Witnesses at the scene reported a male in his late 20s had entered the store and demanded cash from the cashier.
